ContactEase Welcomes Michael Wise

ContactEase is pleased to welcome Michael Wise as Technical Support Specialist. Prior to joining the team, Michael served as Office Technology Manager for an Intellectual Property law firm in Littleton, Colorado. In this role, Michael had overall responsibility for the firm’s IT network, including workstations, servers and remote desktop clients as well as security and disaster recovery protocol. He uses this knowledge, along with his experience in Microsoft Windows and Outlook, to provide timely and individualized support to ContactEase users. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Colorado Christian University where he received a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management and holds certifications in A+ and Security+ from CompTIA.
