Building on In-House Experience, ContactEase Welcomes P.J. Sawchuk

PJSheadCole Valley Software is pleased to announce that Paul (P.J.) Sawchuk has joined the company as Director of Support & Technology. In this role, he will lead the support team to ensure clients continue to receive the best possible experience.

P.J. joins the ContactEase team from the Maryland law firm of Franklin & Prokopik where he served as Director of IT which was responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and aligning the firm’s technology and business processes. Sawchuk’s addition further strengthens the ContactEase team’s already significant in-house experience.

As a former ContactEase client, Sawchuk worked with his firm to identify a need for CRM and has been involved with every step of the implementation process. P.J. received his undergraduate degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Active in his community, he is a 2016 recipient of SmartCEO | Baltimore’s Executive Management Award – CIO/CTO, a member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and has served on numerous committees with Mercy Medical Center.
